Through a survey of their home designs that highlight their perspective on the California Modern, the book represents beautifully the concept of bringing the outside, in. Full of drawings, photos, sketches, and source material which dig into the genesis of their designs, the book tells a story of design, material, and making a modern home.
There will be a brief intro by Zahid Sardar, Editor-in-chief of SPACES Magazine and author of the book’s foreword, and a lively Q&A, followed by drinks, bites, book signing, and chance to further mingle with Steven and Takashi among fellow architecture enthusiasts and professionals.
